1. Who's Behind This Site

We run a nursery and landscaping business out of Riyadh, offering everything from potted plants and trees to full garden design, irrigation, and upkeep.

2. Browsing Our Site

Feel free to explore, just keep it lawful and respectful. Don't try to break, exploit, or hack into any part of our website or systems. We may tweak or refresh the content here whenever needed, without prior notice.

3. About Our Plants & Services

Photos give you a general idea, but plants are living things, so slight differences in size, shape, or color are completely normal and not a flaw.

Landscaping quotes are built around your specific site and goals, and the final scope gets locked in once we send a written quote or agreement.

We reserve the right to adjust, pause, or retire any product or service package as our offerings evolve.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Placing an order or accepting a quote is a request on your end, and it's only confirmed once we accept it and stock or scheduling allows.

The price you pay is whatever's shown or quoted when we confirm your order, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.

Payment terms will always be clear, whether at checkout, on your invoice, or spelled out in your service agreement.

Larger landscaping jobs may need a deposit or payments split across stages before or during the work.

5. Getting Plants To You & On-Site Work

Any delivery or installation date we mention is a rough estimate unless we've confirmed it in writing.

To keep things moving smoothly, please make sure our team has clear access, somewhere to park, and any permissions needed to work safely on your property.

Things like weather, blocked access, delayed supplies, or other events outside our control can shift the timeline, and we'll keep you posted if that happens.

6. If Plans Change Or You Need To Cancel

The sooner you tell us about a cancellation or change, the easier it is to sort out. Some fees may apply if plants have already been set aside, materials have been bought, or work has already started. Custom landscaping that's already finished usually can't be refunded, except where the law says otherwise.

7. Plant Health & What's Covered

We do our best to hand over healthy, well-cared-for plants. If we offer any kind of guarantee, we'll explain exactly what it covers at the time of purchase or in your agreement, and it usually assumes you're watering and caring for the plant properly.

Guarantees generally won't cover things like neglect, poor watering habits, pests that show up after delivery, extreme weather, or changes made by someone else after we've handed the plant over.

If something arrives damaged or looking unwell, reach out right away so we can sort out a fair fix.

8. Our Content & Branding

Everything you see on our site, text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Mahraj Landscaping or the people we've licensed it from. Please don't copy, reuse, or repost any of it without asking us first.

9. Where Our Responsibility Ends

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or knock-on losses tied to our products or services. If something does go wrong with a specific order or job, our responsibility is capped at whatever you paid for that particular item or service.

11. Which Laws Apply

These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes go through the relevant courts in Riyadh, unless local law says otherwise applies.
