1. About Mahraj Landscaping

We're a Riyadh based nursery and landscaping company, offering indoor and outdoor plants, trees, garden supplies, and complete landscaping solutions.

2. What Information We Gather

We keep this simple and only ask for what actually helps us serve you:

• What you tell us directly: Your name, contact number, email, project or delivery address, and any message you send us through the website, a phone call, or WhatsApp.
• Order and project information: The plants or services you request, garden preferences, appointment details, and payment records tied to your purchase.
• General site activity: Technical details like your device, browser, and the pages you visit, mostly gathered through cookies to help us understand how the site is used.

3. Why We Collect It

Your information helps us to:

• Answer your questions and give plant or landscaping recommendations
• Handle orders, deliveries, installations, and ongoing garden care
• Confirm bookings, send invoices, and share service updates
• Make our website and services better over time
• Send occasional tips or offers, but only if you've agreed to receive them
• Stay compliant with the law and keep both our customers and business protected

4. Cookies On Our Site

Cookies help our website remember your settings and understand visitor patterns so we can keep improving. You're free to turn cookies off through your browser at any time, just know that a few features might not run as smoothly without them.

5. Who We Share Information With

Your personal details are never sold. We only pass them along when it's genuinely necessary, such as with:

• Partners who support payments, deliveries, hosting, or technical operations
• Authorities or professionals, if legally required
• Team members directly involved in completing your order or project

6. How Long We Hold On To It

We hold your information only for as long as it's genuinely useful, whether that's completing your order, keeping records, meeting legal obligations, or resolving a question. Once it's no longer needed, we remove or anonymize it wherever we reasonably can.

7. Protecting Your Information

We take reasonable precautions to keep your data safe from misuse or unauthorized access. That said, no online system is completely foolproof, so we recommend sharing only what's necessary and letting us know right away if something seems off.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access to, updates on, or deletion of your personal data or opt out of promotional messages. Just reach out on WhatsApp or email us at landscape@mahraj.com to get started.

9. Links To Other Sites

You may come across links to WhatsApp, our social pages, or other outside platforms on our site. Once you leave our site, their own privacy rules apply, so it's worth checking those before sharing any personal details.

10. Privacy for Children

Our website and services are built for adults and business clients. We don't intentionally gather information from children. If you think a child has shared personal details with us, please let us know, and we'll remove it right away.

11. Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated occasionally as our business grows. Whenever that happens, the newest version will be posted here, along with an updated "Last updated" date.
